18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 and < 85 years, regardless of race, nationality and gender; 2. The study conforms to the declaration of Helsinki and Chinese clinical trial research regulations, and the patient or his family members are informed and agree to participate in the trial; 3. Patients who meet the ARDS standard at or during admission to ICU.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without history of chronic respiratory disease or with lung transplantation; 2. Patients with simple cardiogenic pulmonary edema; 3. Patients who need emergency endotracheal intubation; 4. Patients with severe shock (vasoactive drugs > 0.3ug)/ kg.min Maintain systolic blood pressure > 90mmHg); 5. Patients with consciousness disorder (GCS <= 12) or restless and uncooperative; 6. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency; 7. Pregnant or nursing objects; 8. Subjects who have participated in this study.
