18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute myocardial infarction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients need secondary surgery; 2.Patients with MR contraindications, such as pacemakers without anti-nuclear magnetic resistance, artificial metal valves and foreign body implantation history with ferromagnetism, etc; 3.Patients with external counterpulsation contraindications, such as lower limb deep vein thrombosis, moderate to severe cardiac valvular disease, decompensated heart failure, hemorrhagic disease or obvious bleeding tendency, etc; 4. Patients with severe renal insufficiency (eGFR=30ml/min/1.73m2); 5. Patients using femoral artery as interventional pathway.
