Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The object of singleton pregnancy; 2. The object of abortion history in the second trimester of single pregnancy; 3. Subjects who visited our research center 8 weeks before pregnancy; 4. The person signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The object of fetal malformation; 2. Patients with iatrogenic premature delivery; 3. The subjects with LEEP or conization history; 4. The objects related to infection were identified in the previous abortion; 5. Patients with congenital uterine malformation or myoma >= 5 cm or multiple myoma; 6. Subjects with chronic diseases (such as hypertension, renal insufficiency, type I diabetes, some autoimmune diseases, etc.); 7. Patients with infectious diseases; 8. Patients with mental illness, etc..
