Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and are confirmed by CT or MRI according to the key points of diagnosis of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019; 2. The patients with swallowing dysfunction were assessed as grade 3-5 by wa Tian drinking water test; 3. Patients with good cognitive function who can cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation training and evaluation, and MMSE score >= 17; 4. Patients aged 20-80 years; 5. Patients with stroke duration <= 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysphagia caused by malignant tumor, radiotherapy, myasthenia gravis or other non stroke factors; 2. Patients with serious disease, progressive stroke or serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 3. The patient has a pacemaker, a metal implant in the neck or is unable to receive electrical stimulation for other reasons.
