Interventions

Deep muscle relaxation group:Intraoperative maintenance of PTC 1-2

Moderate muscle relaxation group:Intraoperative maintenance of TOF 1-2

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective single hole laparoscopic gynecological operation; 2. General anesthesia; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. ASA class I-III; 5. Patients who sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal cognitive function and uncooperative; 2. Patients who could not tolerate the drugs used in the study; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Opioid dependent patients; 5. Patients with intraoperative bleeding (intraoperative bleeding volume > 2000ml).
