Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy due to cholelithiasis were selected, regardless of gender, ASA grade I-II, aged 20-50 years, and body mass index (BMI) 20-29 kg/?. The patient who signs the informed consent must be able to understand and be willing to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney dysfunction, combined with hypertension, psychiatric disease, preoperative use of drugs that affect cardiovascular, and adrenal insufficiency.
