20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 20 and 38 years, married, regular sex life, no contraception for more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion with other uterine cavity lesions: such as uterine cavity adhesion, submucosal uterine leiomyoma, uterine mediastinum and other uterine malformations ; 2. Complicated with endometriosis, ovarian tumor, fallopian tube effusion ; 3. Female hormone abnormalities, patients with unexplained bleeding; 4. Vaginal leucorrhea examination abnormal, such as bacterial vaginosis, candida albicans infection and trichomoniasis infection, or gynecological examination with uterine and/or accessory tenderness, suspected pelvic inflammatory disease; 5. Patients affected by poor embryo quality; 6. With chronic abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain; 7. Patients have used antibiotics in the past month; 8. Patients have used vaginal medication or probiotic preparations; and 9. The male partners suffer from oligo-astheno-teratospermia which can cause female infertility.
