Age
40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Meige syndrome with definite diagnosis; 2. Patients who can tolerate general anesthesia; 3. Patients who can describe their subjective feelings; 4. Patients aged 40-75 years; 5. Patients who are not effective after botulinum toxin treatment; 6. Patients willing to participate in the clinical study; 7. The subjects with normal structure and function of facial nerve and trigeminal nerve.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment, dementia and severe mental illness; 2. Patients with other dystonia; 3. Patients with a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 4. Patients with intracranial tumor, trauma and other secondary factors; 5. Patients who had received botulinum toxin treatment within 3 months before admission.
