20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both men and women, aged 20-90 years, agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; 2.The patients with idiopathic macular membrane or idiopathic macular hole were diagnosed by OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) and needed surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous endophthalmitis; 2. Patients with a history of vitreoretinal surgery; 3. Patients with previous intraocular injection; 4. Patients with glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration and other fundus diseases; 5. Patients with idiopathic macular hole who have anterior macular membrane; 6. Diabetic patients.
