Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients 12-24 weeks after unilateral knee arthroscopy; 2. Patients with knee joint active flexion < 110 degrees; 3. Patients with limited knee extension < 5 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with postoperative joint infection; 2. Patients with heterotopic ossification, graft dislocation or prosthesis loosening; 3. Patients with knee injury and other joint (hip or ankle) injury of lower extremity; 4. Patients with injury or operation history of the contralateral knee joint; 5. Patients with other diseases affecting lower extremity function; 6. Patients with re adhesion after arthroscopic release.
