Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for type II diabetes 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes. The clinical diagnosis of type II diabetes refers to the American Diabetes Association criteria, that is, the fasting blood glucose level is greater than or equal to 7.0 mmol / L, and the postprandial blood glucose is greater than or equal to 11.1 mmol / L; 2. Patients with diabetes history of more than one year; 3. Patients between 30-80 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Patients who have clear consciousness, no intellectual obstacle and can communicate normally; 5. All the patients were informed of the study and participated in it voluntarily. Inclusion criteria for type II diabetic retinopathy 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of clinical type II diabetic retinopathy. The clinical diagnosis of type II diabetic retinopathy refers to the American Diabetes Association criteria, that is, the fasting blood glucose level is more than or equal to 7.0 mmol / L, and at least one eye is diagnosed as diabetic retinopathy by fundoscopy, fundus color photography and angiography. The diagnosis of nonproliferative diseases is based on spot hemorrhage, microarterial aneurysm, tampon spot or microvascular abnormality in retina; The diagnosis of proliferative diseases is based on the presence of neovascularization of iris or retina; The diagnosis of macular edema is that the thickening of retinal edema is in the area of 500 µ m from the center of macula, or less than 500 µ m; the hard exudation is in the area of 500 µ m from the center of macula, or less than 500 µ m, with the thickening of retina adjacent to myopia; the thickening of retina has at least one disc diameter (DD) range, and the lesions in any part are within 1DD from the center of macula; 2. Patients with diabetes history of more than one year; 3. Patients between 30-80 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Patients who have clear consciousness, no intellectual obstacle and can communicate normally; 5. All the patients were informed of the study and participated in it voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for type 2 diabetes: 1. Normal blood glucose: fasting blood glucose < 5.6 mmol · L-1, 2 hours after OGTT blood glucose < 7.8 mmol · L-1; 2. Patients with transient hyperglycemia caused by other stress factors; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4. Patients with HIV positive, pregnancy, cancer and serious infection; 5. patients with severe mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 6. Patients diagnosed as type 1 diabetes; 7. Patients without acute complications of type 2 diabetes. Exclusion criteria of retinopathy in type II diabetes mellitus: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with HIV positive, pregnancy, cancer and serious infection; 3. Patients with severe mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients diagnosed as type 1 diabetic retinopathy; 5. Patients with large area of fibrovascular membrane pulling macular edema; 6. Patients with rhegmatogenous or traction retinal detachment; 7. Patients with history of ocular trauma; 8. Patients with uveitis, glaucoma and conjunctivoscleral scar; 9. Patients without acute complications of type II diabetes.
