Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The purpose sampling method was adopted in this study, and the discharged patients who were discharged from hospital between April 2015 and June 2019 and underwent intermittent catheterization during hospitalization were selected as subjects. 1. Male and female, aged 14-85 years; 2. Patients who underwent self-cleaning intermittent catheterization due to dysuria during hospitalization; 3. The discharge time of patients is more than 6 months; 4. The score of self rating anxiety scale is less than 50. 5. Patients who understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with language expression disorder and unable to communicate normally; 2. Patients with cognitive or consciousness disorders and mental disorders.
