Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as MGD: 1. Abnormal opening of meibomian margin and meibomian gland; 2. Abnormal secretion of palpebral fat; 3. Ocular symptoms; 4. Absence of meibomian gland; 5. Abnormal thickness of lipid layer; 6. No dry eye treatment, including but not limited to: hot compress, massage and extrusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. 5-6 types in Fitzpatrick skin classification; 2. 4 weeks before treatment, there was sunburn or tanning; 3. There were sensitive or allergic symptoms within 4 weeks before treatment; 4. 4 weeks before the treatment, there were cosmetics with past cutin; 5. Skin cancer or pigment damage (such as vitiligo) in the pre-treatment area; 6. Three months before the treatment, they had micro plastic surgery (water light needle, hyaluronic acid, Botox, etc.); 7. The patients received chemotherapy eight weeks before the treatment of OPT or planned to receive chemotherapy eight weeks after the treatment of OPT; 8. Acute infectious ocular surface and Eyelid Diseases (such as: ergomegaly, acute keratitis, acute conjunctivitis).
