Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. health based on PAR-Q questionnaire 3. No professional sports experience; 4. Understanding and willing to cooperating with whole process 5. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 2. Subjects who failed to pass the PAQ pre-exercise risk screening and were confirmed to be unable to participate in the high-intensity exercise.
