Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2015-2019 Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and Shenzhen Luohu District People's Hospital Geriatrics Hospital for the first time for AD patients, to collect clinical medical records and neuropsychological cognitive assessment and other relevant data, the specific selection criteria are as follows: 1. The clinical diagnosis standard is based on the AD diagnosis standard guideline issued by the National Institute of Aging and the Alzheimer's Disease Association in 2011, and forgetful AD is the main; 2. Aged 45 to 90 years old; 3. Evaluation of neuropsychological cognitive scale; 4. Head magnetic resonance examination in 3D mode of the head, and complete T1 weighted imaging sequence; or CSF amyloid examination and 3D head magnetic resonance examination; 5. No other brain organic diseases or functional brain diseases.
