Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with the age <=28 days who were underwent open abdominal surgery; 2. A minimum of two documented creatinine values before and after surgical procedures with 48h, respectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic surgery; 2. Conversion from laparoscopic surgery to open surgeries; 3. Lacking documentation of temperature; 4. Patients with congenital urinary abnormalities, and previous diagnosis of AKI or need of renal replacement therapy before surgery.
