Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Han Chinese, planning to choose the period of surgery under lumbar-hard combined anesthesia, education level can complete the preoperative cognitive function test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Central nervous system infection, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis or other major nervous system diseases; 2. Major psychological disorders (such as depression, delirium, etc.); 3. Severe visual and hearing impairment; 4. Abnormal blood coagulation before operation; 5. The preoperative mini-mental state scale ((MMSE)) was less than 24 points.
