ONS group:In addition to normal diet and diet consultation, patients were given an additional specific oral nutritional supplement of 500kcal every day for 3 months
Control group:Patients were given normal diet and diet consultation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 2. Patients with malnutrition diagnosed at discharge (GLIM criteria); 3. Patients with an ablility to take food orally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants already on other nutritional support therapy; 2. Patients under age of 18 years; 3. Patients not providing informed consent; 4. Patients with alcohol or drug abuse; 5. Patients with abnormal mental symptoms; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials within 3 months.
