Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women who've built card and plan to deliver in the studied hospitals; (2) Women aged >=18 years; (3) Pregnant women with an EPDS score > 9 during the third trimester; (4) Women with singleton pregnancy; (5) Women who have internet access at home; (6) Women who are able to read and comprehend the text as well as give textual feedback; (7) Women who agree to participate in the research and sign the inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) active suicidal ideation; (2) severe psychopathology (e.g, schizophrenia); and (3) currently receiving treatment for depression and anxiety including other psychotherapy or medication.
