18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA grade I ~ III; 2. Patients aged 18-65; 3. Patients with BMI < 28 kg / m2; 4. Patients with high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein under spinal anesthesia; 5. Patients who can understand the content of the assessment scale and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to the active ingredients of the drug or any excipients related to the study; 2. Patients with insomnia, drug or alcohol abuse, use of benzodiazepines, drugs and sleeping pills; 3. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other chronic diseases; 4. Patients with mental disorders, other than anxiety and depression, which affect the assessment results.
