Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both groups of patients met the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes established by who in 1999: typical symptoms of more than three, less than three, fasting blood glucose concentration >= 7.0mmol/l or a random venous plasma glucose concentration >= 11.1mmol/l or OGTT two hours after meal blood glucose concentration >= 11.1mmol/l. The above examination needs to be confirmed at least twice, and the diagnosis of diabetes can be established. The patient had a history of diabetes for more than one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cardiac function level 3 or above; 2. Severe respiratory disease, pulmonary dysfunction grade III or above; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Nerve block anesthesia, combined spinal and epidural anesthesia; 5. Patients without informed consent; 6. Patients with conduction block; 7. Right metomidine drug allergy.
