Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-IV, gender unlimited, aged >= 65 years, anesthesia for intraspinal anesthesia, lower extremity orthopedic surgery patients, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with osseous fascia syndrome, severe infection; patients with conservative treatment; patients with contraindications of spinal anesthesia, patients with complex general anesthesia.
