Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were 1-6 years old, ASA was graded I-II; 2. Normal mouth opening, good head and neck movement; 3. Elective thoracoscopic surgery; 4. Informed consent of children and their families and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory tract infection before operation; 2. Asthmatic pneumonia, asthmatic bronchitis; 3. Abnormal airway structure; 4. Severe liver, kidney and other organic diseases, abnormal coagulation function; 5. Temporary conversion from thoracoscopic surgery to thoracotomy during operation.
