Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as osteoarthritis of the knee; 2. K/L scores of grades 2 to 3; 3. Chronic knee joint pain; 4. No local or systemic infection; 5. No contraindications for joint injection by hematological and biochemical tests; 6. Subjects and their families understand and agree to participate in the trial of the clinical trial protocol, and sign a written "informed consent".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 75 years old or less than 18 years old, or do not have full civil capacity; 2. HIV, hepatitis virus or syphilis virus infection or serological test positive; 3. BMI greater than 30kg/m2; 4. Congenital or acquired knee joint deformities; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Tumor patients; 7. Immunodeficiency patients; 8. A history of intra-articular drug injection within 3 months; 9. Patients who are still participating in other clinical trials; 10. Other researchers think it is not suitable If the enrolled patients have other concomitant diseases.
