40 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding ultrasound prompts or postmenopausal physical examination ultrasound prompts endometrial thickening for hysteroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Take antibiotics within two weeks before the operation; vaginal flushing, spraying, scrubbing, vaginal medication within 48 hours; use of vaginal appliances; history of genital tract infections in the past 6 weeks; AIDS; taking immunosuppressive drugs; Informed consent failure.
