Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-II, Aged 18-55 years, Normal body mass index range (18.5-23.9 kg / m2), Mallampatti grade 1-2, No respiratory/ circulatory complications, Normal pulmonary functionNormal hepatic and renal function, Patients will be selected for general anesthesia through the nasotracheal intubation undergoing cranial and maxillofacial surgery, Patients able to provide written informed consent and to fulfil study request.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks, Oral and ENT diseases and surgical history, Knot hoof tissue disease, Diabetes mellitus. Expected difficult airway and intubation, twice or more intubated patients, Preoperative and intraoperative use of anticholinergic drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or hormone drugs, Change the patient's position and surgical approach temporarily in progress, Test drug allergy, Patients who cannot tolerate aerosol inhalation, With reading or communication disorders, Unsuitable for the study for every other reasons, in the opinion of the investigator.
