18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years old, 12-14 weeks pregnant: 2. Low dietary calcium intake(<1000mg/d); 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. HIV(-); 5. Healthy HBV carriers can be included; 6. Fixed home address for follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver dysfunction; 2. Those who did not use standardized treatment at the beginning; 3. Hyperparathyroidism, silicosis, malignancy, severe kidney disease, gastrointestinal disease, coronary heart disease, mental illness or alcoholism; 4. Patients with trauma or surgery in the near future (within one month); 5. Serum corrected calcium concentration >2.65 mmol/L, total serum bilirubin >40 umol/L or serum creatinine>250 umol/L; 6. Those who used corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs or took VD and calcium supplements in the previous month.
