18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=18 years old; (2) The patient was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute exacerbation period, or acute respiratory distress syndrome, or postoperative respiratory failure, and was mechanically ventilated for > for 24 hours; (3) Clear consciousness and compliance behavior; (4) Stable cardiopulmonary function; (5) The patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Rapidly progressive neuromuscular disease; (2) The APACHE II scores more than 30 points, expected within 48 hours of patients may be dead; (3) Increased intracranial pressure, disability or loss of limbs, unstable fracture; (4) Participating other clinical studies.
