Delayed bowel exhaust after caesarean section

Interventions

Group B:0.75% bupivacaine 1.0ml back to 1.5ml bolus injection
Group C:0.75% bupivacaine 1.2ml back to 2.4ml bolus injection
Group D:Azazatron 10mg
Group A:0.75% bupivacaine 1.0ml back to 2.0ml bolus injection

Eligibility

22 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full term pregnant women aged 22-40; 2. The parturients with ASA grade I ~ II were 155 ~ 170cm in height and 60 ~ 80kg in weight; 3. Patients are willing to use postoperative analgesia pump.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with failure of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia; 2. Patients with poor cerebrospinal fluid return or subdural puncture needle breaking into the subarachnoid space. 3. Those without obstetric complications; 4. Subjects with serious systemic diseases; 5. Subjects with important organ dysfunction; 6. Subjects with contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia.
