12 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as unilateral complete alveolar cleft with or without cleft palate; 2. For the subjects older than 12 years, the canine has erupted, and there are obvious steps in the bone segments on both sides of the fracture, and the width of the alveolar process fracture is less than 10 mm; 3. The legal guardian of the patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cleft lip and palate syndrome; 2. Patients with other deformities or congenital diseases; 3. Patients with preoperative orthodontic treatment; 4. Patients who had maxillary osteotomy.
