Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preschool children who were initially diagnosed as acute attack of bronchial asthma by clinical and examination; 2. The diagnosis standard of asthma should refer to the guideline of diagnosis and prevention of children's asthma; 3. Select the same age children in the same period as the healthy control group.
