Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing radical prostatectomy assisted by selective robot; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade 1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 80 years old; 2. Patients with history of serious cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal diseases; 3. Patients with history of neuromuscular diseases; 4. Obese or malnourished patients (BMI > = 30 or < = 20); 5. Patients with a history of drug allergy.
