Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who want to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotripsy; 2. Asaii-III patients, aged > 18 years, BMI < 30kg / m2; 3. Pass the review of ethics committee and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious history of brain, liver and kidney disease; 2. Patients with tumor or infection at the puncture site; 3. Patients with severe bleeding tendency; 4. The patient is allergic to the drugs and equipment used in the study.
