Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 and younger than 80; 2. Patients who agreed to join the group after reading the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with alcohol history: alcohol intake was more than 20g / day (140g / week) for men and 10g / day (70g / week) for women; 2. The objects of previous liver history, including all kinds of viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, metabolic liver disease, drug-induced liver damage, etc.; 3. The object of tumor disease history; 4. Patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus, cytomegalovirus and human herpesvirus; 5. The object of the history of mental illness; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
