Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 30 cases of chronic idiopathic urticaria were diagnosed clinically.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have not used antibiotics, hormones or immunosuppressants in the past 2 months, only received the treatment of omazumab; 2. Subjects whose serum total IgE or free IgE level is higher than normal; 3. Subjects without active tuberculosis, active hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, systemic lupus erythematosus and other systemic diseases; 4. 18.5 <= BMI <= 23.9; 5. Except for pregnant and lactating women; 6. In addition to the above criteria, chronic idiopathic urticaria needs to meet the requirements of no other skin diseases except chronic urticaria; 7. The subjects who signed the informed consent were required not to eat yoghurt or cheese for the first week before the specimen was taken.
