Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants and toddlers with age 0 ~ 3 years, ASA score I ~ III and congenital heart disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: infection or hemangioma at or near the puncture insertion site less than one month previously, recent great saphenous vein puncture history, or an emergency surgery needed.
