18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years; 2. It was confirmed by MRI / CT that the patients with the first unilateral basal ganglia hemorrhage / ischemic stroke had a course of more than 1 month; 3. If the space between the lateral acromion and the greater tubercle of humerus is larger than 1 transverse finger, or the imaging / ultrasound examination indicates that there is subluxation of shoulder joint; 4. Patients who understand the purpose and precautions of this examination; 5. Patients who can sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of peripheral nerve injury or upper extremity surgery injury before the onset of the disease; 2. Patients with shoulder hand syndrome; 3. Patients with peripheral nerve entrapment; 4. Patients who can not tolerate electrical stimulation, or with severe shoulder pain can not cooperate with the examination; 5. Diagnosed diabetic patients; 6. Patients with unstable vital signs; 7. Patients with serious heart disease or pacemaker implantation; 8. Patients with consciousness disorder or serious cognitive disorder who cannot cooperate with the examination.
