Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 20-50 years; 2. Those who work night shift at least once a week; 3. Subjects who have worked on post for at least one year; 4. Those who voluntarily participated in the investigation and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardiopulmonary disease and diabetes; 2. Pregnant and lactating women.
