Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single birth pregnant women aged 20-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Objects of miscarriage; 2. Objects with previous history of mental illness or family history; 3. There is serious complication of internal or surgical; 4. IVF pregnant women.
