Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 1-12 years old, male and female unlimited, can cooperate with examination and follow-up; 2. Children who meet the diagnostic criteria of children's asthma (2016 Edition) formulated by the National Children's asthma cooperation group were included in the cohort study. 3. Patients living in the same area will not change their residence in the next 3 years. 4. All the subjects were Han children. 5. All subjects had their guardians sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other asthma like diseases, such as congenital heart disease, gastroesophageal reflux, bronchopulmonary dysplasia or bronchiolitis obliterans; 2. Patients allergic to inhaled corticosteroids; 3. Have other diseases that may interfere with the research results; 4. Participate in any similar clinical study within 3 months; 5. Those who have cognitive impairment.
