experimental group:Nasal drops with dextromethorax 0.5µg/kg

control group:Nasal drops with equal volume of normal saline

20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first trimester of ASA I or II is a single pregnancy; 2. Subjects aged 20-35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with heart rate 35 kg / m2; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, mental disease and contraindications of intraspinal puncture; 4. Patients with serious pregnancy complications; 5. Subjects with gestational age less than 36 weeks.
