Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Included in the clinical diagnosis of SS patients; 2. Patients between 18-65 years old; 3. Exclude the influence of tumor, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. Exclude the influence of mixed connective tissue disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis of SS was secondary to mixed connective tissue disease; 2. SS patients with tumor or undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. SS clinical patients who are not willing to provide information.
