Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in accordance with who's lymphoma classification revised in 2016 and NCCN guidelines in 2019; 2. Patients who have received the first-line treatment plan (R-CHOP) of DLBCL and have not fully relieved or relapsed within one year; or patients who have used multiple plans but not fully relieved; 3. Patients aged 18-80 years; 4. Patients with physical fitness score <= 2; 5. Patients must provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious abnormal function of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs or other tumors; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. Pregnant or nursing patients; 5. Patients who are participating in other intervention studies.
