Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There is one SLE patient in the family who has been definitely diagnosed by the third class hospital (in accordance with the SLE diagnostic classification standard formulated by the American rheumatology society in 1997); 2. Patients aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients' ability of self-care (ADL score < 60 points); 4. The main caregiver is the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients; 2. The patient and the main caregiver are employed (nurse or nanny); 3. The caregiver is unable to cooperate; 4. Patients who refuse to participate.
