Immediate group:Immediate FET in the first cycle following the fresh-failed cycle
Delayed group:Postpone FET for at least one menstrual cycle following the fresh-failed cycle

21 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 21-44 will be recruited in this study; 2. Patients with at least one frozen embryo; 3. Subjects who received the standard ovarian stimulation program and the first FET after the failure of IVF fresh embryo transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome; 2. Objects with BMI >= 30kg / m2; 3. The objects with abnormal chromosome karyotypes; 4. Patients with severe endometriosis; 5. Patients with untreated hydrosalpinx before FET; 6. Patients with congenital or acquired abnormal uterine development and other contraindications of assisted reproductive technology.
