Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age >= 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with proximal humeral fracture confirmed by X-ray and CT; 3. Patients who have achieved the reduction standard by internal fixation with locking plate; 4. Patients with preoperative and postoperative reexamination of imaging data; 5. The patient knows and agrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor reset; 2. Revision operation; 3. Epiphyseal fracture 4. Other fixation methods of non locking steel plate; 5. There are other fractures in the ipsilateral upper limb; 6. Lack of X-ray before and after operation; 7. Previous history of nonunion of shoulder fracture; 8. Postoperative < 12 weeks.
