Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of idiopathic precocious puberty, the clinical criteria of precocious children are the early appearance of the second sex sign, the acceleration of linear growth, the advance of bone age, the increase of gonad and the activation of HPGA function; 2. Cases of idiopathic precocious puberty were screened out.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The interference caused by malignant tumor, dysplasia of digestive tract, immune deficiency diseases, drugs and other factors shall be excluded.
