Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 15-75 years; 2. Patients with ureteral stricture confirmed by B-ultrasound, CT, MRI and retrograde pyelography before operation; 3. Patients with symptoms such as lumbago and abdominal pain or with renal function impairment confirmed by double renal nuclide examination; 4. It is not suitable for patients with stenosis resection and end-to-end anastomosis; 5. Patients with benign proximal or middle long ureteral stenosis; 6. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor general conditions who can not tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with abnormal coagulation mechanism; 3. Patients with active urinary tract infection; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients with mental disorders. Any one of the above shall not be included.
