18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, no gender limitation. 2. ECOG score was 0-3. 3. The patient is diagnosed as ph+ALL (or ALL with BCR/ABL fusion gene). 4. Patients who sign the informed consent must be able to understand and willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignancies requiring treatment; 2. Patients with acute myeloid leukemia were excluded. 3. Patients with secondary myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), chronic myeloid proliferative disease (MPN) and proliferative disease of lymphatic system were excluded. 4. Patients with severe liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or diseases affecting the prognosis were excluded. 5. Women who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant or lactating; 6. Clinical symptoms of brain dysfunction or severe mental illness; inability to understand or follow the protocol.
