30 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male adults aged 30~45 years who signed informed consent; 2. BMI24-28kg/?; 3. smoking index less than 20 pack-years (smoking index = number of smoking branches per day×smoking years); 4. weekly alcohol consumption less than 175g; 5. weekly high-intensity exercise accumulation time less than 75 minutes or moderate-intensity exercise accumulation time less than 150 minutes; 6. normal blood routine (liver and kidney function, hemoglobin, hematocrit and leukocyte count); 7. no diabetes, hyperthyroidism, gout, autoimmune diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who took anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, antihypertensive drugs, phytochemical dietary supplements within 3 months of the study; 2. individuals who had suffered from acute and chronic infectious diseases, malignant tumors, trauma, or surgery within 1 month prior to the trial.
